What I Owned
Problem
Freedom Mobile operates as a challenger brand in a competitive and highly regulated telecom category. The brand needed to keep social content active, campaign-aligned, legally accurate, and culturally relevant while competing against larger incumbents with bigger media ecosystems.
The challenge was turning national brand and product priorities into content that felt native to social — not just resized from a campaign deck.
Task
My task was to help move social campaign work from planning to launch across organic, paid, influencer, contest, and GTM channels.
I supported campaign coordination, contest execution, creative QA, paid boosting, influencer deliverables, legal review, reporting, and approvals — while helping the team make social feel faster, sharper, and more platform-aware.
Solution
Results
Since joining, my work has contributed to stronger social execution, more consistent campaign delivery, and a more trend-aware social presence for Freedom Mobile.
The clearest proof points came from contest and campaign work I directly led or supported. I led the Freedom Friday contest, which became Freedom Mobile’s top Instagram post by interactions during my tenure. I also ideated and helped lead a 5-day holiday giveaway contest supported by paid boosting, with multiple posts ranking among Freedom Mobile’s strongest-performing Instagram content by views and interactions since joining.
At the channel level, Freedom saw major growth since I joined — Instagram interactions up 11.4K%, Instagram follows up 754%, Facebook interactions up 289%, and Instagram reach up 33.2%. These results reflect total brand activity, but they provide context for the growth environment my work contributed to through campaign execution, QA, reporting, trend-led ideation, contest work, influencer support, and paid boosting coordination.

Reflection
This role sharpened my ability to balance creative speed with operational discipline. Working inside a regulated challenger brand taught me how to move social campaigns through legal, agency, product, commercial, and leadership review — while still pushing for work that feels timely, platform-native, and culturally relevant.
